The Mind Diet Workshops are run by Ruth Carnaby of Mind & Body Matters.

I have been working as a fitness consultant for the last 15 years, offering classes, Personal Training, Pilates and Massage through my company Mind & Body Matters www.mindandbodymatters.net. During this time it has become very apparent to me that a lot of people have been unable to achieve or sustain their goals such as weight loss or incorporate a fitness regime in to their lifestyle due to underlying issues. With this in mind I decided to go on to qualify as a Life Coach.

Whilst coaching I act as a facilitator by asking questions and helping the client find out if and what limiting beliefs are really stopping them from achieving, we also look at values, behaviours and habits. Coaching acts as a catalyst for change and with this in mind the Mind Diet was created!

We will look at what drives your behaviour, exploring blocks such as relationships, financial habits and self sabotage . Blocks which may be preventing you from achieving your goals, for example, changing your career or returning to work. These blocks are all reinforced by what we keep feeding our minds.
